Order cancellation

Standard product orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Custom orders can be cancelled only before production starts.

Custom products

Custom posters and custom phone cases are made to order and are not eligible for return unless the product is damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved design request.

Damage or wrong item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and clear photos of the package/product. After review, we provide replacement or refund.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing usually takes 5 to 10 business days depending on bank and payment partner timelines.
