No cancellation
Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review the product, customization details, quantity, and delivery information carefully before placing the order.
No return
All Artisoul products, including custom pieces, wallet cards, airmail cards, phone cases, miniatures, and art items, are final sale and cannot be returned after delivery.
No refund
Payments made for confirmed orders are non-refundable. Artisoul does not provide refunds for order changes, delivery delays, customer-side mistakes, or change of mind after purchase.
